a and b went well, planning and installation were done professionally. However, quality control after the jobs was spotty and they had to come out and redo stuff. Sometimes took weeks to get somebody back.
c was not worth the money. Although we asked to be informed when services would be performed this was not done consistently, so we only knew they had done something when we got the invoice. Finally cancelled the contract.

our grass currently looks awful and I'm not sure it will come back.  They say there was a problem due to personnel changes that prevented consistent chemical treatment.  I don't know of another firm offering the combined service of mowing and chemical treatment in our area.  Also, their fee of $125.00 per month year round seems too high , especially for those months when there is nothing to do.

Couldn't be happier with the quality of the work! There were a few bumps in getting them started -- the person coming by to give an estimate didn't show up when promised -- but once we got the service started, all is good.

I called 4 weeks ahead. Got appointment. Then I got a one-week rain delay. Did not get a telephone call telling me that they would not come. I called them. They made a date for the next week. That day they did not come all the time that they told me they would. I called them. They came the next day. But not at the time they said they would. When they came back they were told what to do but then they asked me to tell him again . They were told to trim hedges of the new growth on them much like you trim boxwoods in a row. They were told to trim other shrubbery. Also to cut down a small tree.

Called manager to come back to see results of job. Told him that work was not satisfactory. He came to do the tree cutting and trimming of yard.

They charged me $500 for 3 1 /2 hours of work.

I will not use them again and will tell friends not to use them.

Do a good job but didn't give me the right plants for the back. Refection/sun off the pool browned and wilted most of the plants. One kind just never got enough water and died. Try as I might nothing was ever done about it. Tree stump never removed.

I have a 3-year contract with them. I like the fact that I have email addresses and telephone numbers, they respond promptly, and I have worked well with them. Once you understand what you need because it is landscaping, what you envision and using their expertise, I think they really do a wonderful job. Once you understand what is expected of them and what their wishes are then there's good communication there. I would recommend them.

David met with us to see what we desired and came back to us with a very detailed plan. As far as plants and trees go, we don't know what we like, but we do know what we don't like, and David was flexible and understanding when we suggested changes to his plan. We were pleased with the end product. They did a great job increasing the curb appeal of our home. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend JubileeScape to friends or family that have landscaping needs.

They are punctual. They have package deals including hedge trimming and edging. They do very nice job and are very neat. I never have to ask them to do anything and they do what they are supposed to do. They are priced very fairly.
