+ -1 moreFrom the get go he told us we would be happy and he would do whatever we wanted to make us happy. Well, that has happened. Seems as though he tells you only what he know's you want to hear. Kevin Trawick could be a good contractor but he can't keep up with his obligations and wants to blame his mistakes on other people, which in reality he signed the contract.
Description of Work: We started out great and then went down from there. He was to build a camphouse for my husband at our deer camp. We signed a contract which was also our spec sheet on materials to be used for construction. We live about an hour from our camp and we thought by hiring a contractor we would not have to monitor everything going on. That's why you hire a contractor, right? He only went to the jobsite twice within a month, never checked on the progress of the construction except for phone calls to the framer and sometimes he couldn't get in touch with him because of unavailable phone service in the country. Now we have a camp house that is not halfway completed and still waiting on materials to replace the one's that were put on in place of the materials on the spec sheet. He has now washed his hands of it and wants us to pay for the completion.
