She was a godsend to us. She assisted with 2 pieces of property together and working out the detail with the financing. It was a lot of work and she was outstanding. She has also become a really good friend thoughout all of this. We would highly recommend her to anyone. My daughter is now using her to sell her house.

Once I found the perfect space, she walked me through the process (again). She was very knowledgeable about comps, and helped me negotiate a fair and equitable purchase price with the seller. To help get the property closed, she even sacrificed some of her potential commission to ensure that I received a home warranty at closing, as the seller was not willing to concede such via the purchase agreement.
We had some delays at closing because of some documentation issues between the Title Company and the HoA, but Paula was willing to step on some toes going out of her way to speed up the sometimes arduous communication channels that seem to get blocked when trying to finalize and close on a property.
Besides being a true professional, I consider Paula to be a friend now too. She has kept up with me in my personal and professional life even after my dealings with her in a professional capacity. It seems as though with some realtors, its strictly a numbers game and its all about their commission. With Paula, this is not the case. She cares very deeply about her clients, and truly cares about them in their transactional business, AND in their personal life.
The commission she did receive from this home purchase was minimal, but she was in constant communication with me throughout the whole process. With Paula, you never feel that some clients are more important because the potential commission is higher. She gives all of her love and compassion to each client, regardless of the size of the home or the potential commission. With as many phone calls and meetings we had about this particular property, I am getting a great real estate agent at a bargain commission (which the seller pays for anyway).
You will be extremely satisfied if you select Paula, and you will get a wonderful friend out of your business dealings as well. I highly recommend her to future clients.

This was a great experience! I have dealt with other agents and something always seemed to fall through or go wrong, but with Paula everything was like clock work.
