Keith was always prompt, extremely professional and knowledgeable. While having our best interest at heart, he inspected the home in an unbiased manner and was so very thorough. We are relocating, and he assisted us in understanding the difference in the geographical locations and building materials, requirements, etc.
He even inspected on a day's notice preventing my husband from having to drive back over 200 miles for inspection. So appreciated that from him.
We were so fortunate to have him as our inspector. Would recommend him to anyone who wants quality and timely service.
Last note, patience beyond belief.

They were just great. My interaction has been excellent. The price varies anywhere from $100 to $300 depending on the house and the square footage. The last time I used them, it was free. He was going to charge me $100. The particular house that we were looking at had some serious problems. He suggested that I should not get the house. He didn’t even charge me for coming out. They are very thorough and knowledgeable. They have been doing it for a long time. They are very nice.

My overall experience with them was very good. I would say that their price was good, the guys were nice and they checked out the place really well. I used the services of Inspect A Home.

So far so good. Keith is friendly and easy to work with. He was recommended to me by a Realtor I trust (not involved in this transaction). He was on-time to the inspection site, and prompt in his delivery of his report. Only time will tell how thorough the inspection actually was, but it appears to be thorough and he was more than happy to discuss his findings and provide recommendations.
