Furniture - Sales
Very well. I was really disgusted about how I was treated by RTG. Home Place made me feel like a valuable customer.
I had a limited budget and they were sold out of the only decent bed that I could afford. The salesman said he believed he could make a little more expensive bed and matress set fit my budget. After about half an hour he said it was done. I asked about delivery and told how RTG failed to deliver twice. He said I could have it that night if I didn't have any plans. I asked how they could do that and he told me they have their warehouse behind the store not 150 miles away like RTG. He also said one of the delivery crew offered to do it on his way home.
I was very pleased with their courtesy and professionalism. They found ways to make it happen rather than finding excuses!
I even wrote the store manager a letter detailing how pleased I was with their service.
