They're extremely outstanding, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Team has their own installer and I had no issues at all. They walk me through all the process, really looking what was best for me and my family, gives suggestions and information. They were really a great company to work with.

Very nice and professional. I had a clog in the a/c drain and they cleared it and checked everything else to make sure there wasn't any other problems. Great people.

They charge you an annual fee to come out on 2 occasions. So, if you divide $135 by 2, that would be $67.50. There was no issues.

We’re getting ready to sell the house and an inspector came up with some stuff that looked to be out of line in the attic. So, I called Don Hembree who does a semi-annual review for us, inspection. I called him to come out and address the items which he did. Although he was out in April and he had to come back out today, what was the deal? I don’t know and they didn’t know either. In other words, there were some things that needed to be put to rest, 2 items. One of them wouldn’t even had been subject to the other inspection. So, one of the items that needed to be done would be new to them. The other one they could have missed it, but there was no guarantee it was there or not there. It’s really irrelevant. Whatever occurred could have happened or they missed it or something, but it still required a repair. In other words, it wasn’t something that they could leave as is.

Don arrived and parked the street was neat clean and very professional. Listened to what our desires were and made recommendations based on those desires. His crew arrived on time and did and excellent job of removing old unit and installing new one. They took care to clean up after themselves inside and out. Very nicely done

Installation was very poor. New heat pump required different size copper tubing which should have been replaced but was not. No pee trap was installed, air handler closet was not sealed properly. Copper tubing under house was touching the sub floor and condensation from the copper tubing (which was not wrapped with anything) wet the sub floor. I contacted the owner on my parents behalf and he did come by and look at the work that was preformed. He stated he would make everything good including the floors. Never happened. My parents had to file a complaint with the local state board of heating and air conditioning. They gave him so many days to fix the air conditioning unit issues which he did, however did not fix my parents floor. We are not sue type of people, but my parents did hire a lawyer for the repairs and did win. I would not recomment this company to anyone. $5000.00 for a 1100 squre ft house was outreagous.

Over all a very positive experience from beginning to end. Don encouraged us to check other prices and services in area, they also fixed a problem with the return air that may have cost us hundreds of dollars over the years by not having the proper air return.

We think their price is really good. When you are on their little yearly thing if something happens like on a weekend, it is only a regular service call fee. They are always really really good with the quality. Every time we have had them come out, they were on time and sometimes even earlier. They always call.
