Furniture - Sales
My wife and I purchased a new leather couch and recliner from Havertys
along with the gold warranty. We followed the care instructions to the
letter as the couch and chair started to disintegrate. When we called
they claimed without even seeing the chair and couch that we had not
taken the proper care. I complained to the manager and took the battle
uphill so to speak. The finally sent someone out to repair the
cushions, but would not take responsibility for faulty materials. While
there the repair person asked if they had bothered to tell us that they
had discontinued that line.
