I had asked Mr. Haney to meet with me first as I was 'shopping' for a real estate agent - and we hit it right off. Mr. Haney is a good judge of character, and helped me look at locations I had previously found online. I've learned from my parents to be organized - listing out what I wanted, what I needed, and what I didn't want at all. Looking for houses was a relatively short time; we took one Saturday and visited about 10 homes. The original house I wanted was foreclosed out from under me, but the house I wound up with was right down the street, and I am very pleased with it.
