First, he demanded 50% of the estimate to be paid before work even began. Plus, he couldn't begin for another month. That should have told me right there. But we went ahead. All of the very expensive sod they laid died. We discovered that their equipment broke the sewer line from our house. My back yard still looks like a disaster. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

As far as the lawn, they are very good. They come in every 2 weeks and always make sure that the yard looks good when they leave. They even take the trimmings with them.
