Very fast service

Very fast, courteous, and professional. Knew his stuff. We were expecting the worst. We were prepared to purchase a whole new unit because ours is VERY old. Turned out to be a simple fix. He could have easily made more money off of us, but was honest and only did what had to be done to make it work again.

Called them around 7 am. Promised to call me back when someone will be available. Got a call at 8:33. They were at my residence promptly at 10 am. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 30 min. Granted, it only took to replace a capacitor, but still made me happy.

Mike did all of the above. Before he came out, he told me he would have to charge $127.00 to come out right away on a Saturday, which I agreed to. The condo is vacant and when I walked in I could hear water, looked in the closet and it appeared that water was leaking from the a/c unit (the filter was soggy), down all over the water heater, onto the floor. He came immediately, took his time to go over everything, did his work professionally, and left. It turned out to be the water heater hose spouting a leak, but the space is so tight, and dark, that it was impossible for me to see, and I didn't have a flash light. I ended up having to call a plumber, but now I know the a/c system is fully charged with coolant, the drain is clear and hopefully will run fine all summer. We hadn't had it checked in a while, but Grayson was the last to service it.

They were very busy, because it is summer and could not come out as soon as I wanted them to. I still made an appointment, but went with another company subsequently. I called and canceled with Grayson.

It went well. Call them and they came out to check my A/C unit. Low on Freon, replaced it and called me to make arrangements to come back and replace the leaking coil. Showed me the old unit and where it was leaking.

We had our old heat pump replaced because it was not performing well and was about 16 years old. We got quotes from several providers and though not the cheapest, we were impressed with Grayson's professionalism and liked the quality of their product. Installation was done quickly and at the time scheduled. Our new heat pump has proven to be quite efficient and trouble free. We continue to have Grayson come out twice a year to inspect and service. Workers that come out have always been prompt, professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone!

They did a really good job. They came and they got it running again then they explained that it was on its last legs. It wasn't a matched unit. I asked them about replacements and they gave me a variety of options. They were really good. They did it in one day and cleaned up after themselves. I was pretty impressed. I am never going to say that the price is good. They were really good on punctuality. They were there before I expected them. They are the only ones I have used since I got here and they were recommended by somebody at work.

They did a satisfactory job. We might use them again.

The workers were early, fast and did a great job. Extremely honest and fixed something instead of replacing it which saved us hundreds of dollars. The system is working so much better that it doesn't have to run as much, which saves us money. Love them!

They were very prompt. They came exactly when they said they would. Their work quality was very good.
