"I invite anyone to email me and request the before and after photos of the customer's home. While the 1st welder did have a personality conflict with the customer, the 2nd welder did seem to develop a good raport. I am proud of the completed job. At FMC Mobile, we try to accomidate every customer's needs and stay within their financial means. Cheap, fast or good = pick 2: If you want it fast and cheap, it won't be good. If you want it good and fast, it won't be cheap. If you want it cheap and good, it won't be fast. The customer opted for cheap and good. While I regret this customer's disatisfaction, the fact is this amount and style of ornamental iron work would normally cost from $2,500 to $3,000. This customer received what they asked for at a low price of $1,235. In the final analysis, the "ornamental iron work" turned out very nice, received both 2 coats of Rustoleum primer and 2 coats of Rustoleum bright white. The original primer was strictly for temporary protection from the elements and to minmize immediate rusting.
