They did a horrible job. They had done such a good job on my mother who died 10 months ago, so we went back to them and they did a horrible job. We called them from the funeral home to tell them how displeased we were, and they offered to come and redo them at the wake. They had done such a good job and we showed them pictures of what we had before. We told them we wanted the same thing for dad that we had with mother, and you would not believe the difference in the two. It was like a picture of Valentine roses and it was ridiculous. They just failed, and this is not something we can go back and redo. The pricing was fair.
