Mr. Ousley came to my home to clean the carpet in the living room and hallway. I thought it was so badly stained that I was going to have to replace it. He arrived on time and it only took him about an hour and a half to clean the carpet. The cost to clean those two areas was only $35. When he was finished, he offered to treat and clean the red juice stains as well for only $5. I accepted and he used my household iron and the stains came right up! He was very courteous and polite and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend him!
