This is the 2nd time I've used these guys.  Both times well exceeded my expectations.  Tuesday, my truck hesitated twice while trying to start it.  Wednesday, I brought it to an auto parts store for a diagnostic.  Nothing came up.  The check engine light was not on.  Being close to empty, I got a gas treatment and filled my tank.  Wednesday, it started up fine four times.  Then, it died while making a turn in the middle of an intersection.  It started back and I got home.  I started making calls.  The dealership was as typical no appointments any time soon and no loaner cars.  I brought it back to the same place and got the diagnostic ran again.  This time I got a hit and the part was less than $25.00.  They gave me the number of a mechanic but this guy sounded really shady and had no shop.  I went to a place that had changed my windshield wipers before and they encouraged me to come back for any mechanical work that I might need.  They wouldn't even look at my truck.  It died again on my way to Firestone.  When I got to Firestone, these guys listened to me.  They explained that they didn't have a diagnostic tech and the store down the street had one but he was on vacation till next week.  They told me that they could replace the part on my print out but something else could be wrong.  I said,"Let's roll the dice."   They told me that their mechanic had to run get lunch.  Then 3 more customers came in.  Anticipating a long wait, I wanted to run home and get a book.  My truck would not start at all.  I went back in to drop off the keys and noticed that all these other customers were getting work orders set up for the mechanic.  I went next door to get a sandwich.  I thought I'd have to wait a long time so I brought a newspaper back as well.  When I saw my truck in the parking lot, I thought I was off my rocker.  I didn't park there.  I must be losing my mind.  I went in and boom! Sure enough, my truck was ready.  Unbelievable.
I don't think I've had a better experience with a mechanic in my life.  Somebody give these guys a raise!

I used them 10 days ago. It was around 800 dollars. I had to do a cross country drive the next day and they were the ones who were able to do the job the fastest. They were very helpful. I got the car dropped off and picked up an hour later.

They did a grade A job. They made every effort to assure that I got all of the discounts that were available.
