EXTERIOR RESTORATIONS INC

Terrible. We were given a quote on our home and told it would be completed in 2 months. It has been going on 6 months and still not completed. The roof was raised at wrong pitch and we had to pay someone else to take it down and fix it. Mr. Burl will not send workers to our home for weeks at a time. They did not get a dumpster so our whole yard is completing destroyed with materials and trash all over which they only clean up every month or two. The grass is completing messed up in certain places. Mr. Burl will not return our calls most days or tell us what is going on. His workers have started complaining to us stating they are not being paid correctly. We paid for all materials up front and began paying for labor yet Mr. Burl does not have the money to purchase the rest of our materials until he completes other jobs. We had to pay the framer this past week and Mr. Burl will not return our money. It has been a complete nightmare and I hope no one else has to ever go through what we are still going through. Mr. Burl is unorganized, does not use the money given for materials on the your home instead uses it for other jobs, he does not pay his workers correctly, he does not do the work on your home for weeks at a time and completely screws everyone over. Would not recommend him for nothing.
