Leslie Neyhart, a Keller Williams broker specializing in the eastern Mobile Bay area, was recommended to us by a Pensacola broker. We contacted Ms. Neyhart and she was able to meet with us the following weekend. She took a lot of time to figure out what we are looking for and showed us all the properties we expressed an interest in.
We left it that she will continue to notify us of listings that match our criteria. There haven't been that many but that's not Ms. Neyhart's fault. Our champagne tastes and beer budget aren't a good match for Fairhope, a charming small town with a lot more wealth floating around than we realized before making this visit. Mr. Neyhart was kind and tactful enough not to tell us how unrealistic our hopes were; she let us figure that out for ourselves.
