We left it that she will continue to notify us of listings that match our criteria. There haven't been that many but that's not Ms. Neyhart's fault. Our champagne tastes and beer budget aren't a good match for Fairhope, a charming small town with a lot more wealth floating around than we realized before making this visit. Mr. Neyhart was kind and tactful enough not to tell us how unrealistic our hopes were; she let us figure that out for ourselves.
