Elements Therapeutic Massage

I have used them for a year and a half. The front desk is professional and the therapist are trained. They know the muscles. It's very relaxing. I've seen five or six different therapist and they are all good. I go once a month. Anyone that has health issues I highly recommend them. They are trained in dealing with different health issues.

I arrived and was asked to wait while the receptionist helped someone on the phone. I was asked if I wanted something to drink while I completed the new client paperwork. After I turned it in, Laura came into the waiting room to introduce herself and show me to the room. She reviewed my paperwork with me in detailed and asked what areas of my body needed the most treatment. She explained that the massage table was heated and that there were no candles, incense, or scented oils used. It turns out she is allergic to them too. She showed me where the pillow should hit me to better support my lower back then she left so I could get ready for my massage. It was a 55 minute massage and she spent most of the time on my back and shoulders which are my problem areas. She also worked on my neck, arms, and legs. At one point, when I advised her that the pressure was too much she lessened the pressure and verified that it was better. After the massage, she offered me a bottle of water and encouraged me to drink extra water the next few days to help release the toxins. She also showed me some exercises to do to help my neck muscles.
