I have used Dyson numerous times and have always found them to be prompt, reliable, reasonably priced and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I used them before and I can't remember who they were so I looked them up again. I have used them before when I first moved here, and I have been here for 3 years. People at work recommended them and I looked them up on Angie's List. If I had a real emergency maybe they would have responded quicker, but if I had a real emergency and they responded the way they did, it would have been 2 days. I called them yesterday and they were going to try and get to me, but they couldn't so they had to come today. Once they get to me, they are good. They don't waste time and they have all the stuff. They don't have to run down to the store or back to the shop to get something. Some places don't let their people carry everything they need. They did a really good job.

We had to use Dyson's emergency plumbing services for a hose spigot that would not turn off. Water was spraying everywhere and there was no way for us to stop it. George the plumber arrived within 30 minutes of calling and had us fixed within another 30 minutes. Price was unbelievably good for off hour services. We will use Dyson again for any future plumbing services.

We had used Dyson Plumbing once before for the same problem-tubs that wouldn't drain. The first time it was due to hair in the lines. This time it was major soap scum. Anyway, both times they came out they were very professional and informative. Both times they got the job done in just twenty minutes. We felt their prices were fair, especially since the plumbers obviously know what they are doing. (You pay for a full hour even if it takes less time.)
Now, about this last visit. We had to call them on a Saturday, so we first spoke with an answering service. They gave us fits. I called and spoke with them a couple of times over two hours. Finally, my daughter took over. Having worked in customer care, she knew the answering service was not doing their job. Within a few minutes, we were in touch with Dyson personnel and things went well after that.
Honestly, if we hadn't had such a good experience with Dyson the first time, we might not have been so patient about the lack of response by the answering service. My daughter talked with the plumber about all that, so I hope Dyson is smart and considers the information seriously. (I was looking in the phone book for other plumbers and found one that works six days a week. They would not have charged us a Sat. fee like Dyson did.) But as I already stated, Dyson plumbers know their stuff. We have had others from other plumbing companies and they didn't know their stuff. They just caused more problems. Dyson was worth working through
the problems with the answering service.

The estimate given matched the price. The plumbers were on time, did a great job, and gave information about the materials they used. I am very pleased with the job and will definitely use and recommend Dyson Plumbing again if needed. I was given their name by a retired plumber as well.

He came to the house and started to complain. He replaced a faucet on a garden tub and refused to put the front casing back on, not his job. Replaced a faucet on a standing sink, the bolts behind the sink were on too tight, and he wasn't responsible if the sink broke when he was trying to remove them. I will never use them again, I was glad when he left. It was a while ago, this is what I remember.

I don't dislike anything about them. They are prompt, polite, courteous, do their job, and they know what they are doing.

I've had them since I lived here. The guy explained everything and he seemed like he liked his job. He told me why it was happening and he gave me information.

The plumber that came out from Dyson Plumbing Co Inc Company was finished in an hour. He was really good. He was neat. He didn't leave a mess. He was just perfect. He had to pull the toilet out to fix it and when one does that, one has to first get the water out and I kept thinking what if he was going to pour that water down the tub or just leave it running. However, he collected that water in a container and when he was finished he poured it back in the toilet. That's one of the best thing I liked about him. This was the first time we had used this plumber from the company. The young man that came out the first time was so good that I kept getting him out every time. When he left I thought I would never find another one like that but obviously all their people are good. They gave us senior discount too. I would use them again in the future.

The plumber arrived during the scheduled time period. The commode he had do deal with was in tight quarters and quite clogged. He worked efficiently and competently, answering questions and providing additional information. He was professional, yet congenial and pleasant throughout the whole ordeal, which included having to remove the commode and work on it outside. He was very careful, not making or leaving a mess anywhere. The entire job took about 1 1/2 hours. We were impressed with the young man and the job he did.

successfully stopped leaking sink faucet after procuring two stems from the parts store. This took a considerable amount of time as the plumber and helper both traveled to the faucet store (at $80/hr) to procure the two replacement stems. Customer provided the replacement sink drain and stop part. Plumber attempted to remove jacuzzi rainfall spout but was unsuccessful. Attempted to repair jacuzzi tub drain stop but was unsuccessful and recommended I purchase a different tub stop. we agreed with his recommendation. He left with the advice to call the co. owner to purchase a new stop and recommendations on what further action to take. After talking to the owner, we did not get a good feeling on the outcome of a successful replacement of the rainfall spout and the configuration of the tub stop that the plumber had recommended. We then contacted a different plumbing co. I have used Dyson plumbing in the past with good results so this might be a one time experience

If you need a good plumber, this would be the one to call! They are accurate, they come on time and are neat, which is really something for a plumber! I agreed with their price. They came quickly, did their job well and were pleasant. They also offer a senior discount. I would hire them again!
