Door Service
Inspected double garage door. Determined that rollers needed to be
replaced. Provided estimate of labor and called supplier to get quote
on price for 12 rollers. Took $91 deposit. Cashed check same day.
Subsequently never returned calls and did not contact me to refund money.
The Better Business Bureau in our area has a RED ALERT on Doug Sharpe
Overhead Doors for failure to return customer calls, for stealing
deposits and for failing to reply to BBB complaints.
Address updates:
Old address is 3120 RAND CT, Mobile, AL 36606 (NOT Brand Ct. as found here and on internet searches)
Address supplied to me at time of service call:
8922 Keene St.., Mobile AL 36608
