Two jobs. Two bad experiences. The last was final straw. Small job and I called them so they get their money quickly. They charged me a service fee and never mentioned on call. Owner simply said “ it’s written on all of our paperwork” Small amount on small job but this is the the way they roll. Excuses and no apology. That would have gone a long way.

They made my house look brand new in half a day! We got new gutters and they did a first rate job in recommending to us what we needed, where we needed them, and the installation was fantastic. We are so happy with their work at a reasonable price. And they fit us in on a Saturday to work around our schedule. AWESOME. Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect experience with Brandon and Door and Gutter Pro! If you are looking for gutters look no further. These guys were professional, punctual, and the product looks great! The install crew was very courteous and cleaned up after their work. Brandon's customer service was/is impeccable! Highly recommend this company.

We ordered a style not in stock. We were told about 3 weeks lead time. The doors came in as expected and were installed. The installation time was missed by 4 hours. The salesman called and said they had to do a quick installation at another customer site. He stayed in touch regarding my installation. I think he just forgot what hour he had scheduled me. I waited a couple of hours for my installation. The quick installation at the other site had some "technical problems" and was not finished as soon as suggested. I couldn't wait any longer and went to work. After lunch they installed my order. Didn't take 4 hours to install and haul away old doors. Did a good job. We like our new doors and are satisfied with the doors and the installation.

From the estimating process to the end product, I was pleased with the quality and professionalism of this company.  Regarding cost, I received four estimates for the work and this company had the lowest cost.  The work was done on our rental house in preparation for it being listed for sale.  The gutters turned out beautifully.  One caveat is that I had to call to ask them to come back out and pick up a few stray screws and scrap metal pieces. They came the next day to clean up and were very apologetic that I had to call.
I was impressed enough that I recently called them out to our residence to write up an estimate for new gutters on our house!  Very professional and excellent quality work.

The workers were wonderful.  We have such a large house that they sent out 2 crews to finish it in one day, and the guys put in 8 hours of hard work in a blistering sun.  After walking the job after they finished, I asked for a few changes and the guys graciously made a few changes.We needed 2 almond colored gutters on one side of our house, and the crew didn't have them in the truck. The crew chief said he would come back the next day and install them, and he did!  When they left, everything was picked up and cleaned, like they'd never been  there.  I highly recommend them for any guttering projects or needs.

Door-N-Gutter Pro responded to my initial phone call and I was able to get an estimate quickly.  The estimate was fair and they were able to match the gutter color to the brown color of my roof.  After I agreed to use them for this service they were a little busy and couldn't complete the service for a couple of week (they informed me of this when I agreed so it didn't surprise me).  They followed up with me in the previously discussed time frame and put up the new gutters while I was a work.  When I came home from work there was no sign that they were there except for the beautiful new gutters.  I have been very happy with my interactions with them and would use them again (I also used them to install a new garage door opener last fall and had a similar pleasant experience).  They are professional, prompt, reasonably priced, and clean.
