Warranty work went well. Service was efficient and professional. Mechanics are well trained. Waiting room is comfortable. Many Mazdas don't come with an anti fog device on the outside mirrors. I was always in and out the same morning or afternoon. The service manager was courteous and professional. I would come here again.

I scheduled a visit under the warranty because the anti fog device on the mirrors didn't work. I brought it in early in the morning as scheduled. It took over two hours for them to pull the car into the shop. The service manager told me that they had to keep the car overnight because it wouldn't fog during the day so they couldn't check it.. Since they never have a loaner car, I had to spend $20 on a cab to get home. The next day the service manager called me and told me to come in and pick up the car without any repair because they couldn't get the mirror to fog up that morning either. What kind of mechanics are these? Anyone knows that an anti fog mirror is supposed to get warm to the touch if it's working properly. Most service managers are former mechanics. I don't even think this person has ever worked on a car before or even been trained to do so. Another $20 cab fare for nothing.

This is the third and LAST time I will take my car to the dealer. This time it took 7 days to get an appointment. I have used them for 2 major and one minor repair in the last 2 years. They have a chronic problem of being understaffed and I have dealt with a different person in the service department each time, so there is high turnover. I understand it because each of these guys was trying his best (actually are to be commended for working under such conditions...this one was Tyler!!), but when you are so overwhelmed, things slip through the cracks. The last straw for me was that a year and a half ago I did a major $3400 set of repairs on my car, new clutch etc...and a new set of tires. I asked for and was told I was getting a road hazard policy on the tires. But that was never put down on the paperwork. So this last trip for the ignition coils was also to take care of a slow leaking tire. They completed the engine work and never wrote the tire problem on the ticket, requiring me to return the car a second time the following week so they could find it had a nail, and they discovered I did not get my road hazard warranty. They did give the tire at a 50% discount, but it's too little too late. I'm done. And more importantly would NEVER buy a new Mazda from them and trust that service department to take care of it.

They are fine. They don't take that long. They do a good job. I've really never had a repair other than an oil change. Their pricing is the same as everybody else; they are all high.

The lady that made my appointment was very competent. There were no issues getting my car in. I didn't compare their prices. Everything was fine. I would absolutely continue to use them when needed.
