We have self propelled lawn mover. For some reason the self propeller stopped working. We have heard about the cottage hill lawn equipment co.It was Saturday when we were at their shop. Looks like Saturdays are busy day at this lawn company. People were courteous and gave us full attention and wrote down every bit of the issues that we told them about our lawn mover. They gave us the schedule time to pick up. They fixed everything which was wrong with the lawn mover. At the time of pick up, they even told us the maintenance that we should do, and if the issue arise again how to fix it ourselves.

I took lawnmower in, told them the problem, they told me they could fix it and when to pick it up. The mower was repaired in a very reasonable amount of time and the price was fair

Lawn mower runs great... The only thing not really happy about is that the pull rope assembly that replaced a perfect looking one that was red and shiny, was dented and looked like an dul- red used part. I am happy, though, to have a good working lawn mower as the result of their repair. I will use them for further repairs....

They had my equipment for a week when I called to check on the status of the repairs, at that time they informed me that they only worked on mowers on a certain day of the week, weedeaters on another day...etc. This was not explained to me up front. I waited and called the next week and they still hadn't looked at MY equipment. The next week, they told me that the parts for the weedeater were on back order. I was very frustrated and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

They always meet or beat their estimates on when they will have the job done. The equipment has always worked well after they tune it up. I never have to take it back.

They are really good and the price for their work is better than some of the bigger places.
