I have a monthly contract with them for pest control. I also have a yearly contract for exterminating. I see them quite often. They always call to let us know they are coming. They just had a rate increase awhile back. In fact I called them today and my son is looking for someone. If I refer him, they will give me a $25 discount off of my bill.

I like the service guy that always comes out. It's a professional business and they came out and sold me on the business but they'd really taken care of the houses that we had.

I love them. When we had our roof repaired, I saw a mouse in the attic and called them. I insisted that they put traps out and they did it. They were really good about pleasing me.

We pay $70 a month for mosquito and pest control. We pay $120 a year for termite control. They are reasonable. They have come out to house that we are looking at buying to check if there is any termite damage and things we should know. They went above than what they had to do.

I have an ongoing contract with them for termites and they come out on a quarterly basis. Their professionalism stands out to me. I have had other exterminators but I have more confidence in this company.
