The company, representatives, manufactures and the man I dealt with were all wonderful. In our original house, we had defects in our windows so they needed replaced. Instead of vinyl they used PGT Impact which saved our lives when our house caught fire. I was in the laundry room at the time of the fire and instead of the windows shattering, I watched them actually melt. As far as I am concerned, they saved our lives.
