Around July, 15, 2020, I was promised that my pendulum would be fixed in a day or two and I would get it back within a week. It is now 9/8/2020 and my calls and texts are ignored. Horrible service. Not professional. Stay away unless you don’t want your items back. I’m about to have to file a police report and insurance claim. Update: after seeing this review I got a call back. He was swearing at me and saying I wasn’t getting the pendulum back. Apparently telling the truth about this poor service is enough to get your items stolen. Update 9/11/20: on 9/8/20, Clock Works of Mobile stated, in my review, that my pendulum would be sent out the next day. This was a lie as the pendulum has not been shipped. Just realize he’ll lie to you on the phone and in writing.
