The gentleman that came out for CHEM-DRY seemed not to know the equipment. He acted like he didn't know what he was doing. The cleaning solution leaked on the carpet and the machine was getting wet dusty debris on the baseboards. When the company called I told them and she was surprised because he had been with them for a long time. Now my carpets look like they have never been cleaned the spots came back. They did show up on time and did the cleaning. I was not satisfied with the service.

I have used them before for carpet cleaning. I will not use anyone else for my carpet and rug cleaning. They are a little expensive, but well worth it. They do a great job. They will always give you a quote before they do the work. When I was a realtor, building houses and things, I would use them. They put very little moisture in the carpets, so they dry faster, and because of the humidity in the south, this technique works great.
