They came prepared to fix the problem and did so promptly and efficiently and left no mess. Blackstone was the plumber who installed orig plumbing in my home when it was built in 2000. I have always been very satisfied with their service and any communications I have had with the owner. Highly recommend them.

Within a week or 10 – 12 days I had to have somebody else come back and fix what they had done. They didn’t fix it and wouldn’t come back out. So, then I had to pay someone else $200 to fix it and to come back and do it right. I had initially called the people that had put the waterline in originally but they said they couldn’t come out because it was on a Saturday so they had Blackstone come out; I am not happy with either one of them. Their pricing wasn’t bad but not any good as well because they didn’t fix anything. Their responsiveness was very good. They didn’t fix it and did not give me my money back so I am not pleased with them at all.

They are always dependable and do a great job.

The job was done timely and the quality of work was excellent. About a month later after the project was done my water heater went out. I called the contractor that I used for whole remodeling project and then he called Blackstone. They came the next day to replace it. They were able to move things around, replace the system and move things back while I was sleeping. They even locked up the house for me. I would recommend them to anyone.
