This is our vet, and most recently, they boarded my pets.

To make a long story short, we were treated very poorly and told that Bit and Spur would not take a few cans of wet food back as promised. I explained that we spend a great deal of money there, and take very good care of our animals. I further explained that we were told in advance that they would refund the food if we did not like it.
The office manager very rudely informed me that she would not refund it becasue it did not show up in their computer. I had already been told by another lady that the food must have been entered in the system wrong but the office manager refused to refund the product.
I have enjoyed working wth Dr. Courtney, but this is not the first or the second time the staff has been very rude to me, and the same has happened to my mother.
Any reasonable person would assume that if he or she was treated once, then again, and then a third time, that this treatment would continue. As Dr. Courtney is not the cheapest vet in town...not by a long shot, I can't help but ask, why would I continue to pay good money to get treated rudely. I feel I should go apologize to my original vet and staff who has always been kind and professional to me for leaving because Bit and Spur had someone certified in denistry. I am running back to my old vet where I get the same respect that I give and have always received outstanding care for my pets. And,I feel good about returning to a vet that donates a large portion of their time to the Human Society.
Something everyone should consider.

The entire experience from the time of the initial intake until the check-out the Bit and Spur staff treated me and my pet like we were the only patients in the entire clinic! That is just how accommodating they were when we were there. I am very glad I have found somewhere to take my little one when he needs attention.

Dr. Brown over there is very good. I had a dog, cat and horse. They have water therapy for the pets. They have a kennel where you can put them in. They have decorated rooms. If you are out of town they have a camera in the room where you can see your pet and what they are doing. They have all kinds of different room costs. They have toys and all those things for them.
