One person came out to complete the service. It took about 45 minutes for the service to be completed. The workers were great, wonderful, very nice and professional.

"I'm sorry your unhappy with the service however there was no way for me to know ur bearing were going out due to the fact that it wouldn't spin when I originally came out. I repaired the problem that u told me about but without fixing that problem there was absolutely no way for me to know there was another issue. I came out within hours of ur original call and came back immediately after u called and stated there was a problem 3 weeks later. Not to mention not getting paid all the money when the problem was fixed. I patiently waited for the rest of the money for my work. As I stated there was no way for me to know unless we fixed the original problem which I did. I apologize ur unhappy but there are things beyond our control."
