As you can see they have done several jobs for us.This is a family owned business.  We have always been very satisfied.  They review the work you want and give you a quote at that time; payment is made at pickup.  They have always been very careful to understand what you want done and take notes  to ensure they have the information.  Patch placement on vests is critical and they actually tape the patch in place to be sure they have it correct before you leave.  They give you a quote that is the final price unless unexpected issues show up during the work.  They then check with you first.  They give you a expected time when it will be ready but also call you to let you know when the project is done.

In some cases they will do work while you wait. 

Price is always reasonable and you could not ask for friendlier people.  I would recommend them to anyone.
