Tech diagnosed a leak in the coil and said it couldnt be fixed. Needed whole system to be replaced. Would have to pay approx $90 for diagnosis and then a salesman would come in a couple days to price replacing the whole system. Called another company and tech said there was a minor leak that could fixed with a stop leak product and the problem was a fan motor wasnt kicking on. $500 fix versus 3-5k if went with Batchelor's.

After completing the contact information on Angie's List, I was promptly contact by the office coordinator. She was efficient, professional and very helpful. We made a specific appointment day and time to make sure someone would be at the house to meet the technician. Mr Nelson called when he was on his way arriving at the specified time and quickly replaced the failed part. I will contact Batchelor's for any future repairs or maintenance.

They do not have the best price in town but their service is unbeatable. They serviced our home and they take care of our beach place in the summer. They are a family-owned business. They are there all the time. They are very professional. They will match some prices. The guys that work for them, you wouldn't mind letting them in your house. You can trust them and that's a big deal when you are at home by yourself.

I spent around $85 to $100 on that service. The fan was going, but the actual heat wouldn't come through and there some dust or debris in some align thing and he cleaned it out and everything was fine. He is a real nice young fellow and he does same day service and when he says same day he is there. They are not cheap, but they are nice and good.
