Pool and Spa Servicing
We have dealt with this company twice. Each time we have had the same experiences with them
- They never come to our house when they say they will.
- We call them about concerns we are having about the work done or the parts they used to fix our pool and never answer their business phone and reluctantly return calls when it is convenient for them.
- They will show up at the house without any prior notification, so they screw up your schedule.
- The wife can be rude when returning calls apparently it messes up her schedule.
- We believe we are being overcharged for parts used.
