APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE

Description of Work: Appliance Repair is also known as Sharpe's Appliance Repair and was the identiied repair location for warrenty service for my gas stove. Mr. Sharpe's initial service was excellent but he did not have all of the parts needed and indicated he would order the items required and reschedule the completion of the repair. After some delays, a second visit was scheduled. On that visit, Mr. Sharpe arrived and in the process of repairing the initial gas line that was not functional, he stripped the screws on the two front burners and indicated that he would have to return to repair these burners. I was told not to use them because it would endanger the electronic controller of the stove. After approximatly 8 weeks of repeated calls to his number on my part when I would leave a message, Mr. Sharpe never returned the calls or made any attempt to contact me. I subsequently sought out the parts and screws needed for the stove at a cost of approx. $120 and made the repairs myself. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever encountered.
