When he finally called and we went ahead and let them cut. The guy that cut the backyard completely cut it with the blade up and never noticed that it hadn't cut anything. My husband told him it was the samee.

"The statement of coming to him and asking to be reinstated is not true. This talk of working together again was through passing at a Home Depot three months ago( 4/13) nine years after the time in question. I was twenty two when I worked for chapel hill. It was my first large account and i had no idea what i would deal with after the agreement was made. Neighborhood entrances are notorious for asking you bid on the 3.5 seconds it takes to turn in and get passed the entrance and get the lowest price. All with that faithful promise that everyone is going to use you. But then you get the agreement and they walk through flower beds looking for reasons to call reasons I mind you can't see from the street. WAS NEVER ENOUGH. And your right [member name removed] I flubbed I did your neighborhood with a heavy heart cause there was no money to be made and it showed and I apologize. I learned you can't want all of them some its just better to pass. I now have a business that has some of the most beautiful yards in town. I have customers that won't use anyone but us. We do things now only a few landscapers in town can achieve. (Represented in my face book page Tad Griffin) I have every reason to be happy with what we have accomplished. At thirty two with what it takes to run a business these days i think I've done pretty good. When Angie's list readers see this I hope they see it for what it truly is and that is a reflection of your manner and the way you treat things after so much time. You couldn't stand it I was doing so good when we talked in that Home Depot. I'm a better person than you tried to make me out to be on here. You don't last ten years in business for yourself these days with out doing something right. Angie's list patrons please read passed this and go to my other people as well as my Facebook page. This is not what Applaudable Landscaping has grown to be."

"Applaudable Landscaping & Maintenance LLC provided a landscape and lawn care for this customer. The customer was instructed to water their plants since irrigation was not installed for new plants. The customer failed to do so. When plants died, we replaced part of the planting. The customer did not feel that watering their plants was important enough to keep their plants from failing. They decided to not pay us the remainder of their bill instead. We will not be providing any future services for this customer."
Tad is a clean-cut guy, who is intelligent, articulate and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to hire him again!
