Provided manufacturer warranty information and explained them.
I awarded American Roofing the job. They gave me an estimated start date, due to weather conditions might delay the job start.
But luckily weather held up and they confirmed the date and showed up on time to begin work.
They completely removed my old roofing,
Prepared the roof to new building codes, and installed new roofing.
Cleaned up the job site everyday.
Did a very good job of trying to get up all the old roofing nails (you can never get them all).
After I was satisfied with the final product, I paid the invoice, which matched the quoted price.
