Never called me for appointment! Not reliable

The roofing crew arrived on time on the scheduled day. They did a great job all in one day! They cleaned up and did not injure any of our plants around the house. We are totally happy. The new roof looks awesome! I would definitely use them again

From initial contact to the finished product American was great. Raul Porto gave me the quote I asked for unlike a few other companies that try to get the absolute most from you and/or your insurance company. I dealt with Mr. Porto mostly via email. The crew showed up to my house at 7am sharp and they were cleaned up and pulling away by 515 p.m. My home is about 1700+ square feet The finished product was beautiful. They replaced all pipe jacks and made sure everything including the flashing matched the color of my roof. They had the proper permit and installed my roof according to current building code. I highly recommend American roofing to any and all homeowners looking to get roofing work done on your home. Honest, reliable, and easy to work with. They covered all of my shrubs and bushes and had two to three people on the ground constantly cleaning up as the job was in progress.

Mr. Porto provided me with the best estimate (not the least expensive but more comprehensive).   After we agreed on the work his crew removed my existing roof and replaced it with GAF Timberline HD shingles.  His crew started at 0700 and were cleaniing up by the time I came home from work at 5:00pm.  My home is about 1450 sq. ft.
They also put gutters with downspouts at two specific areas where the rain was causing a lot of erosion.  His crew did a great clean up job.    If you want to see the finished job please go to American Roofing Facebook page where he uploaded pictures of my home.

They did a spectacular job!  Very quick, which was a little concerning, but no issues since and I've actually referred them to a neighbor who also used them.  I never saw the first roofing nail, which was especially important due to having small children at the time.

I was completely satisfied with the end product.

Raul came out and did a very thorough estimate, professional quote.
Provided spec sheets for all the products he was quoting.
Provided manufacturer warranty information and explained them.
I awarded American Roofing the job. They gave me an estimated start date, due to weather conditions might delay the job start.
But luckily weather held up and they confirmed the date and showed up on time to begin work.
They completely removed my old roofing,
Prepared the roof to new building codes, and installed new roofing.
Cleaned up the job site everyday.
Did a very good job of trying to get up all the old roofing nails (you can never get them all).
After I was satisfied with the final product, I paid the invoice, which matched the quoted price.
