All Pro septic and sewer

on 9/24/12 i called all pro because i had a 2ft. sink hole over my septic tank filled with"water". the owner and a helper came out and dug 4ft hole exposing the lid of the septic tank finding that the lid was broken and falling into the tank. no price for service had been discused yet. he told me he would have to oreder a lid because he did not cary lids. i ask how much and he said he would have to check on the price of the lid. he said he should be able to come back on tue.9/25/12 or wed and the latest. I didn't hear from him on  tuesday or wed. so I callled him on wed evening. he said he had not heard from the company he  gets the lids from yet. I asked him to call me when he heard something still no estamet. he called back on wed evening said the other company did not have the lid i needed and had to make it and the work could be done by friday 9/28/12 he then gave me an price of 787.00 to replace the lid and pump the tank. they recomend pumping a tank every three to five yrs and mine had not been pumped in 10yrs. i toldhim to go ahead and order the lid.i did not hear from him untill i called him on friday evening and he told me he had trouble with his truck and it rained  friday. on monday; I calledhim back he told me the lid made of concrete had not cured properly because of the rain and it would be tuesday before he could pick it up. on tuesday he come to replace lid but his pump truck was still broken down he said my tank had no solids in it and it didn't need pumpimg. it was working fine. he reduced the price to 487.50 and replace the lid. tuesday night i noticed more water over  tank. wed morning i had a river of sewer water in my back yard. I called waste sevices llc. they came out wendsday and found the lid allpro had installed was approx. 8-10 inches to narrow. they also found about 10-12 inches of solds on top and botton of my tank. they fixed my problem. charged me 700.00 and i canceled the check for all pro.
