We thought by listening and taking the advice of the septic worker we were doing the right thing. Actually we were taken for an extra $500. I called the owner of the company and he said that no refund was going to be given. He understand why I was upset and had already let that worker go. He said if I ever needed my septic tank pumped again they would do it for free. Well, I never plan to let them work on my tank ever again. Terrible experience!
Description of Work: All in 1 sent a worker out to the house to pump the septic tank. The worker said the outer line needed to be cleaned and tacked on an additional $500. The worker claimed he cleaned it, but I later had another repair person come to the house claiming that the All in 1 worker didn't clean any outer line. So basically I was overcharged $500 to have my septic tank pumped.
