They did the repairs and replacement quickly and efficiently. They knew exactly what they needed to complete the jobs and returned promptly. Before i knew it, they were finished. I did not give them an A in the first 3 categories as yet, because the plastic piece connecting the new faucet cracked and water started spewing from it. It was probably just an old piece of plastic that had outlived its purpose, but they are going to come fix that in the next day or so.
