Mayfield Plumbing CO

They took advantage of my mom who has dementia and charged her $3,000 for a leaky pipe. No itemized receipt provided and not returning calls.

I called to have someone come see what was wrong with my then current water heater.  When the guys got here, they tried for a long while to fix it with what they had in their truck.  When that didn't work, they let me know they would be back the next day with the piece that was needed.   As it turned out the piece was more expensive then we had thought, and no guarantee that it would actually work.  I was called and we discussed all my options.  From going ahead with the piece and keeping current water heater, to buying one from Lowes or another retail store, and then having Mayfield install, or having Mayfield provide water heater and install.  I decided to go ahead and have Mayfields install the water tank they provided (of course i paid for the water heater)  I am more then happy with the work done, how quickly they came and fixed my problem, and the cost was very reasonable.  Especially for a propane water heater.  If i ever need plumbing help again, i would never hesitate to call on these professional, honest and friendly workers!!

They came out the same day I called to get things started. They came the next day to finish everything up. They completed all the work and said they would contact me in 6 months to give them an update to make sure everything is still working properly and to see if I needed anything else done.
