Explained everything he was doing and took old part off and put his " loner" part in the a/c.Went above and beyond the call of duty. This is something u rarely see these days. Very customer oriented, something u don't see these days very often either. Listened and answered any questions I asked him. Talked in a layman's terms so I could understand what he was doing. He is my new best friend!
