Plumbing
The two men arrived at my home at 7:15 in the morning (the appointment was for 7:30). They removed my old dishwasher, placed it in my carport. They then unboxed my new dishwasher and connected it. After they finished the installation, they remained at my home talking about various random things, including their kids, wives, and other work they could do for me. I was charged $149.00 for two hours of work. Mr. Browning told me before the installation that he would charge $50.00 per hour. After his workers finished he sent me a bill for $149.00. I contacted him and he told me that his fee was $70.00 per hour. I said that he originally quoted a price of $50.00 per hour to do the work. He told me that I was wrong and said that I had to pay $70.00 per hour.
