Overall, Alan was great. He provided excellent customer service and even when I contacted them at 10:00 at night to leave a message for a return call, he called right back that night. He finished removing our old unit and installed the new one and a programmable thermostat after 3 days. He was dedicated to the job and took his time. I'm sure if we'd gone with a larger company our unit would've been installed in fewer days. However, I'd much rather have someone who will take their time and do the job right the first time. So far, we've had no problems with the unit.

Alan and the folks at Comfort Climate Service do excellent work! For the past three summers we've had trouble with regulating the AC airflow throughout our home. Other service companies recommended we purchase a new unit at a cost of $8-10,000. Alan came in and worked his magic and now we're chillin' in the AC--temperature is even throughout the whole house!
