+ -1 moreThe product was never delivered, they will not return phone calls or emails. This company is a rippoff do not order from them ever.
Description of Work: I ordered a personalized baby plate on November 6, 2011 and paid thru paypal. I was told the order would take 8 weeks. I waited patiently until after Christmas, then I called the customer service number and left a message. No response. I sent an email on January 4, 2012 and she responded "I'll check on it and get back with you". As of February 23, 2012 I have called 6 times, emailed 6 times and have not gotten any response. Their viioce mail box is fill and they will not return any email.
