Imperial Mailbox Systems

Discovered Imperial Mailbox Systems at a recent home expo.  Later, I went by their showroom to view their product range.  I identified the post I wanted and ordered it.  Otis took my information and contacted me once the post was in.  Apparently they are not used to dealing with actual homeowners and I was contacted at a quarter to nine and told they wanted to come out that morning to install my post.  I told them that was not possible and suggested the next two days or the following week.  Otis said he would get back with me to schedule a date.  Several days later, I had to initiate contact to get a date set.  The installer arrived at my house at the appointed time and quickly placed the post were I specified.   From a distance the post looks spectacular,  when you get closer, you can see gaps between the numbers and the post and where the adhesive was not fully removed.  But, I am being critical, overall I am very pleased with the post and installation.
