Headley Plumbing & Septic Tank

It took about a week to get them on site with the trucks and backhoe. First they had to come check our yard, to see if it was conducive to handling the big vaccuum truck. Then had to wait two days while they/he was in class/ recertification, I think. There was a job or two ahead of me and then they came out. They called me the day before, to confirm their arrival. If was difficult to find the septic tank but after digging four holes, we finally found it. After that, the work went smoothly and seemed routine. They did a good job covering back up the holes and smoothing out the ground. Our pipes are flowing freely again. Yay!

The water tank on our toilet was extremely slow in refilling. Headley Plumbing came out the same day, was punctual (something that seems to be a big problem with other companies we have used in the past), and fixed the problem in no time. The plumber was very professional and friendly and cleaned up the work area after completion of the job. We definitely will call Headley again when we need a plumber! Thanks for the great service!!!!!

The called before coming out to get directions. They arrived in a reasonable amount of time. They came out the same day I called. They located our septic tank and dug the dirt up around them. They cleaned out the tanks and replaced the dirt. You could hardly tell where they dug up the dirt. The were prompt and professiona.

The son of Headley Plumbing came out to repair a water leak in our front yard. He dug a hole where the ground was wet in one spot. He said that he repaired a leak in piping of the water sprinkler system. The hole was covered okay. After finding the ground wet again a week later, we called them back. Mr. Headley and son came out. The son dug a hole in the same spot. They said it was not leaking in the place they repaired. Mr. Headley said that we could dig on to find this leak and call them if we wanted it repaired. They just left the hole that was dug in our front yard this time! We called a Sprinkler System company to look at the leak. They found it right away. They also told us that the leak was not at the and quot;fixedand quot; site by Headley Plumbing. We paid Headley Plumbing $65.00 for labor and $48.00 for service call the first time. They said they would not charge us for the second service call and labor. We wouldn't have paid them anyway. They did nothing but leave us with a big hole in our front yard!

After arriving at our house at about 11:15 I showed the Headley son what needed to be fixed: the hallway toilet would rock back and forth when someone sat on it, the toilet in the master bedroom was constantly running the day before so we turned off the water to the toilet but when we turned the water back the pipes made such a horrible vibrating noise we thought the pipes were about to break, and the bathtub was stopped up so water couln't drain out. He fixed all these problems and replaced parts in about two hours. He was extremely careful about cleaning up and not scratching anything. The price was extremely reasonable and the work was done very professionally. HeadIey Plumbing is a small family company (the husband/father, the wife/mother, and three sons) strongly recommend Headley Plumbing.

Service was professional and the work completely fixed the kitchen sink leak at a good price.

They came out when they said they would be here and they were extremely professional in helping us determine what was wrong with our ventless gas fireplace. They went through the entire system just to make sure there was nothing else contributing to the lack of gas actually getting to the fireplace. I would use them again for any plumbing issue in my house.

We had water constantly running into the toilet tank because the thingy that floats was so high the water never seemed to reach it so the water would be turned off. Our water bill was... So, one day we called Headley and two days later a representative of the company came to the door.* Within an hour, our problem was fixed, we spent a few minutes with the man, drinking coffee and talking, and after we gave him his check, he left. Headley is tops in our book, and we'll be calling on them again if we have plumbing problems. Since they also do air conditioning work, my plan is to call them tomorrow to set up a visit so they can check over the system and tell us if there are any problems; this is another service they provide.
* it was two days because our call was late in the afternoon and the following day was booked up.

My overall experience was good. I would use them again in the future.

My septic tank had not been serviced in 7 years. I had no idea how the whole thing would go down. They came out, located the septic tank (under my wife's garden!) and drained it. It all took maybe an hour. They even fixed the garden for me. I was very pleased with my experience and highly recommend this company. If you like to support small businesses, this is one to support! Mr. Headley himself came out and his wife answers the phone and schedules the work.

What can I say--recommend

They were on time, very professional, did job and cleaned up. He gave old parts back. While it had been awhile so I used a plumber. They also included a service call fee.

Mr. Headley was prompt and fixed all issues with no problem.
