"The accusation made by her is completely false, except that she did call me about the needed repairs. The items she told me about were not anything that I had worked on. I explained that I would stand behind any improvements I had made. She bought the house in its "as is" condition on September 28, 2007. I did not re-wire the house or do anything to the electrical panel. This is how the house was when I purchased it, "as is". This home was built in the early 70's approximately, not 2007 as stated by her. This house was not purchased to flip as she stated. I purchased this house for rental property, however after the extensive renovation, I had no choice but to sell. The customary time work is covered by a contractor is usually 1 year. She has occupied the home almost 3 years. Therefore, I fell I have stood behind the work I performed on the house and do not feel responsible for the expenses incurred by her4. From a reliable contractor's view, Gary Womble."
