ADVANCE AUTO PARTS

We were leaving to go to a family funeral out of state when our car's check engine light came on in the driveway, we drove to Advance Auto and they connected to our car's computer and told us that the code was for a sensor in the car, we went ahead and purchased the sensor just in case we might need it on the trip. But upon leaving the store our car would not start so we had to replace the sensor there in the parking lot ourselves. The lady that assisted us let us use some tools that we needed and even helped to remove a bolt that was just out of our reach (she had small hands and a good grip). After awhile we were able to get the sensor replaced and the car started right up. We washed up and got on the road and had no issues on our trip. We even went ahead and purchased the tools they let us borrow since we felt they had helped us so much and for being so kind at such a hard time. The female employee did not have to come out and check on us and assist us but she did and we are grateful!
