I hardly ever see them other than when they pick it up and drop the can back, which is just how it is. They usually come on the same time of the day, every week, which is nice, so we can have the stuff ready for pickup. They are contracted by the county and the county pays for the service. They are pretty prompt if I need a new bucket or something. They call me if there is a change in delivery or pick time, so that is not a problem.

They are efficient and clean. They come early and pick up garbage, recycle, and yard waste. I've never had a problem with them.
