Tree Frog Tree Service

I was not able to find anyone local on Angies list, so I took a gamble on Dale McBride's Tree frog tree Service. I have my own chainsaw and usually fell/chop all my own trees however these trees were so close to my house that I didn't want to risk it . He immediately answered the phone and agreed to come out the next day. This did not happen and he did not call to cancel so I started searching elsewhere however the following day he called back, apologized, and wanted to know if he could come down that day. I gave him the benefit of a doubt and told him to come over and give me an estimate. (I was still skeptical and weary at this point) He arrived promptly, apologized again and told me a lot of things had came up. I asked if he was bonded and insured, he replied yes Sir and showed me the papers. (Insurance was a must because all trees were close to house) Since I would be doing my own clean up and keeping the wood the price was $500. (Keep in mind it would be more if I wanted the wood hauled away and cleaned up) After giving him the go ahead, Dale came back later that day with his wife and a worker (Total crew of three), a big truck, a giant yellow telephone pole truck, (I will post pictures) and a assortment of chainsaws. The job took 3 hours, there were no mishaps, and my house was finally free of dangerous trees. I gave him an extra $40 because I was impressed.
