We have a satisfaction guaranteed policy. If you are not completely satisfied then we will return to your home the same day, if possible, (if not within 24 hours) & repair the work necessary to satisfy you. We also cater to your needs, example: if you have a three story home and only want two levels clean, we can do that or if you want us to clean one level this week and one next week, we can do that. We are a Female owned and operated company.

"It is true we were late for your estimate and you were called with a sincere apology. Sometimes things happen that we can not help. During your estimate you were advised that our business hours were Mon - Fri 8-5 and you were hesitant about supplying us with a key since your work hours were the same. We discussed our bond and insurance and you then provided us with a key. You then signed a service term agreement that states you may cancel your regular service at any time for any reason. The only thing you are responsible for is your initial cleaning because we have to hold a 4-8 hour day for you to have your first deep cleaning completed. It then goes on to say if you do not agree to be responsible for the initial cleaning whether or not access to the home is granted ( meaning if you decide to cancel or we come for our scheduled day's work and you do not allow us in) the customer may decline and no signature is necessary. You did not decline. You accepted. A week in advance of your initial cleaning you called to cancel because you did not want anyone in you home while you were away. This left us no time to refill that spot. You were reminded that companies do have policies and you would still be responspible for your initial cleaning as agreed upon and signed on by you and the Member. However because we value our customers and always go the extra mile to satisfy our customers we cleaned your house, as you stated above on July 11th 2009 which is on a Saturday when we are closed. To date you are the only home the MOP SQUAD has cleaned on Saturday. We wanted you to receive the service since you had to pay for anyway. I do not know any one else who would do that. In respose to not putting things back- nothing had a place. We ask that you pick up before we arrive so that items are not misplaced. If you decline to do so then we will move it to clean because that is what we were hired to do. Furthermore an initial cleaning checklist was filled out and handed to you with everything agreed upon completed. If our company had it to do all over again we would do it the same way. We were ethical, upfront, and moral. The pricing and policies are in black and white and they are read to you and left for you to read on your own. We are very suprised at this comment."
